1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return by following these steps:

  •     Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number ensuring you quote your original order number.
  •     Pack the product securely in its original packaging along with the RA number provided.
  •     Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

  •     Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
  •     Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
  •     Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days should we find that the product is not repairable or able to be exchanged. The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed to. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact our Customer Support team to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return or replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.

5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after your order has been placed. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund for you.

6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  •     Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after receipt.
  •     Products marked as non-returnable in their product description.
